Returns & Exchanges


Returns will be issued in store credit.

*Returns must be delivered back to us within 7 days of receiving your order. 
*You are responsible for the return shipping charges. 
*We are not responsible for returned shipping costs, lost or stolen packages. 
*Returns must have original tags attached and be unwashed and unworn with no signs of stains, pet hair, smells, or defects. 

Sale, Clearance, BOGO, Jewelry, Hair Accessories, and Bralettes are Final Sale. 

Defective Item:

First of all, if you receive a defective item we apologize! We do our best to thoroughly look at each item for any defects, but we are human and do occasionally miss things. If you received a damaged or defective item please call/text 970-641-4110. A picture of the defect will be required. 


Due to the quick turnaround and minimal quantities of inventory we receive, we cannot guarantee exchanges for a different size.
